Executive Mentorship Program

This program connects senior students with mentoring opportunities from industry executives and entrepreneurs, by establishing a relationship between a student and a professional that provides informal guidance, networking opportunities, and ideas-sharing. This is a way for a student to learn on a one-on-one basis from a professional. For the mentor, this is a wonderful opportunity to meet students interested in their field of work, have great conversation and also learn about the exciting new things happening at Telfer.

Peer Mentoring Program

The Peer Mentoring Program helps newly admitted students to make the jump from high school or college to university.  The Program is designed to help in this transition and provide new first year students with someone to interact with, learn from, and seek guidance, to adjust to university life.  The Mentors are senior student who have not only “been there” and “learned the ropes,” but have also excelled academically and outside of the classroom. The overall goal is to maximize the new students’ university experience.
