At the Telfer Student Services Centre (SSC), we support and guide you throughout your studies, from admissions until graduation. Our Career Centre is also available to you throughout their studies and after graduation. Meet the SSC team.

Notre service en personne est ouvert du lundi au vendredi, de 9 h à 15 h au DMS 1100. 

  • Veuillez-vous présenter au Centre des services aux étudiants au DMS 1100 et mettez-vous en ligne en attendant d'être servi.

Notre service virtuel est ouvert du lundi au vendredi de 9 h à midi, et de 13 h à 15 h. 

  • Veuillez utiliser la plateforme Qless pour le service en virtuel et prenez place dans la file d’attente.

Clavardage : envoyez-nous un message entre 9 h à 12 h et de 13 h à 15 h du lundi au vendredi. 

Les services du bureau du premier cycle seront fermés les mercredis dès 13 h 30. 

Nos spécialistes académiques rencontreront les étudiants par rendez-vous seulement. Pendant le trimestre d’automne 2025, nos conseiller(ères) rencontrent les étudiants lors des visites sans rendez-vous, selon le principe du premier arrivé, premier servi. Vous devrez parler à une agente académique qui pourra vous confirmer les temps de rencontres sans rendez-vous et/ou vous inscrire sur la ligne de rencontre sans rendez-vous pour voir nos conseiller(ères) académiques. 

Veuillez noter qu’en période de pointe, nous pourrions fermer la file d’attente au besoin pendant les heures de bureau afin de pouvoir servir toutes les personnes qui attendent. At Telfer, we recognize that developing the tools to manage your own mental and emotional well-being is just as important as equipping yourselves with the necessary skills to thrive academically and professionally.

Étienne Laurent Maurice Pépin is the dedicated Telfer mental health and wellness counsellor. She works with both graduate and undergraduate students in our faculty. Her role is to support your growth and thriving in your personal life, your academic journey, and beyond.
