Sharon L. O’Sullivan Receives Funding from SSHRC

Sharon L. O’Sullivan, Associate Professor at the Telfer School of Management, received $25,000 from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC) through the Research Development Initiatives (RDI) program for her project entitled International Human Resource Management Challenges and Practices in International Non-Governmental Organizations (INGOs).

As a researcher in the area of international human resource management (IHRM), Professor O’Sullivan seeks, through this project, to understand the particular human resources challenges faced by international non-governmental organizations.
