Biography
Richard Bozec Ph.D, CPA, CGA, is Full Professor of Accounting. Professor Bozec teaches undergraduate courses in financial accounting at the introductory, intermediate and advanced levels, in both French and English. Professor Bozec also teaches PhD accounting seminars. He has authored and co-authored several books and teaching manuals in financial accounting. His main research interests are in the field of Corporate Governance.
