Joella is a Development Officer in Leadership Giving at the Telfer School. She strives to enhance the donor experience through engagement and meaningful alignment of one’s philanthropic goals with Telfer’s strategic priorities. She believes in the transformative power of higher education, and in the role that the alumni community has in catalyzing impact and creating value. She works collaboratively and creatively on targeted campaigns and initiatives to highlight Telfer’s current and emerging talent.
Prior to joining uOttawa, Joella worked at McGill University in Montreal in University Advancement for over 10 years. While there, she worked with a global network of volunteers and alumni. She is a graduate of Concordia University and has extensive international travel experience.
Originally from Montreal and with family on the West Coast, in her free time you can find Joella doing something active with her young family around Ottawa, or in the Laurentians.
