As a Senior Human Resources Officer, Anick Duchesne provides consulting services to Telfer School of Management managers on a variety of HR functions including recruitment and selection, classification, performance management, training and development, benefits, and occupational health and safety.
She assists in integrating HR policies and processes with the strategic direction and initiatives of the faculty or department. She analyzes problems and issues to recommend and implement appropriate solutions. When necessary, she represents the School's management on central committees with mandates related to the incumbent's area of responsibility.
Anick ensures the smooth running of routine payroll activities and processes for all employee groups within the School to affirm the accuracy of salaries and to correct inconsistencies between budgeted and actual expenditures.
