Bijan Raahemi Congratulations to Telfer professors Bijan Raahemi (supervisor) and Greg Richards (co-supervisor), and Seyed Mohammad Amin Kamali, MSc candidate in Systems Science at the University of Ottawa, who were awarded a Mitacs-Accelerate Graduate Internship grant. The one-year project, entitled Design and Implementation of a Framework for Performance Management in Service Oriented Virtual Organizations (SOVO PM), is sponsored by IBM Canada Ltd.

Greg Richards This project focuses on the design and implementation of performance management in service-oriented virtual organizations (SOVOs), including a structural and a procedural framework for SOVO performance measurement and management. The proposed framework will be implemented in a prototype model using IBM tools including Websphere business process manager, Websphere Business Monitor, Tivoli, and Cognos BI.
