Allan Riding Joins OECD Study Mission on Russian SME Policy

Professor Allan Riding was invited to participate in the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development's SME policy review in Russia. He travelled to Moscow with other academic observers for meetings with officials from government and the banking sector in Russia. Dr. Riding, who is Deloitte Professor in the Management of Growth Enterprises, advised on the financing instruments that facilitate the growth of small- and medium-sized enterprises. This policy review is being carried out in the context of Russia’s accession to the Paris-based OECD. It follows similar OECD missions to other countries to support the exchange of information amongst governments and their partners in order to achieve continued improvements.
