As Intermediate Coordinator, Academic Administration, Thomas Aguinaga provides support by coordinating and performing various academic and administrative tasks related to the numerous requests to be processed, course scheduling, exam management, follow-ups to be given and information to be gathered in order to ensure an exceptional university experience for students.
Thomas performs administrative tasks such as requesting faculty evaluations, providing answers to general and routine questions from students, colleagues and other faculties. He evaluates requests and routes them to the appropriate resources where necessary, organizes and maintains student electronic files, and maintains the integrity of the information management system.
