As a Senior Coordinator, Career Programs Sophie Ducharme is responsible for coordinating, evaluating and implementing a variety of activities related to the Telfer Career Centre career development programs and microprograms, and of ensuring the quality of student engagement and experience. Under the leadership of the Supervisor, Career Programs and Coaching, Sophie Ducharme, coordinates, and executes on all aspects of an assigned project, working in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. She executes operational activities, supports data-driven decision-making, and maintains communication platforms and strategies.
