As Program Coordinator, Sheyanne Fritz is responsible for ensuring a high-quality participant experience for those enrolled in Telfer Executive Programs.
She manages logistics and administration for a wide portfolio of programs, ensuring high-touch client service and maintaining a standard of excellence in program delivery. Sheyanne manages various programs, including the Certificate in Complex Project and Procurement Leadership (CPPL) and Boundless Leadership: A Breakthrough Program for Women. Sheyanne also ensures smooth and efficient operations and supports the continuous improvement of business processes.
Sheyanne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Childhood and Youth Studies from Carleton University. Before joining Telfer Executive Programs, she developed a passion for supporting leaders during their learning journeys by working in talent training and development. She has also worked in undergraduate student recruitment at Carelton University and conducted research focused on marginalized youth. Outside of work, Sheyanne enjoys trying new restaurant recommendations, reading, and playing volleyball.
