As Senior Officer of Academic Development and Operations, Quyen Chu greets students and provides them with information (in writing, by telephone or in person) on registration protocols, undergraduate programs, as well as policies and procedures. She performs administrative duties for undergraduate level academic activities (registration, change of options, advanced standing control, preliminary evaluation for graduation, conditions of admission verification, student records follow-up, and list updates). Quyen Chu coordinates the Evaluation of Teaching and Courses for professors.
