As a supervisor in the Dean's Office, Charles Micka plays a leadership role in planning and implementing the operational activities of the Telfer deanship, in order to support the achievement of their strategic objectives while maintaining a high standard of quality. She acts as an expert advisor to the dean, vice-deans, administrative management and programme managers on all the deanery's day-to-day operational activities. In particular, he/she supports the recruitment and selection of teaching staff and the application of collective agreements. She supervises the Dean's administrative support staff, ensuring the alignment and standardisation of operations, and actively contributes to information research and analysis for the preparation of various faculty reports.
