As the Manager, Program Design and Delivery, Layal Younes DeWolf oversees the design, development, and delivery of all leadership development programs offered by Telfer Executive Programs. She also manages the program delivery team to ensure high-impact programming and a high-quality client experience.
In her role, Layal works closely with the Executive Programs Community of Practice and the internal Executive Programs team to ensure that programs offered continue to meet industry trends and evolving participant needs.
Layal is an alumna of the University of Ottawa, holding a bachelor’s degree in health sciences. She also holds a Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University and thrives on bringing her passion for leadership to her role. Prior to joining Telfer Executive programs, Layal honed her skills managing diverse programs with the Medical Council of Canada.
Layal is a lifelong food and culture lover – she can often be found experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes for her family.
