As Manager of Executive Engagement, Kristen McCloskey focuses on connection, collaboration and cultivation between the School and it's ever-growing community of dynamic graduates. Kristen has extensive background in planning events, as well as creating unique and engaging programming for alumni and donors.
Prior to joining the Telfer team in 2022, Kristen spent the last 7 years working in alumni and donor relations at Algonquin College and Carleton University. While managing the Alumni Mentors program at Carleton University, the program received the CCAE Prix d'Excellence for Best Alumni Initiative.
Kristen holds her BA in Criminology (Carleton University) and a graduate certificate in Event Management (Algonquin College).
Kristen’s favourite motto is progress, not perfection. Running, playing with her daughter and dog, traveling and running a clothing business are just a few of the things that keep her busy outside of her work at Telfer.
