As Executive Manager, Katrina Barclay plays a key role in the planning, organisation, execution and continuous improvement of all aspects of the Family Enterprise Legacy Institute (FELI), working closely with the FELI Director, FELI team members, Telfer and uOttawa collaborators, as well as all other internal and external stakeholders. Katrina was introduced to family enterprise research and advising during her MBA studies at Telfer in 2021 and began working in the field soon after graduation.
Prior to this, Katrina founded and ran her own business for 10 years, working closely with several family firms on a national and international level. Earlier in her career, Katrina spent a decade working in media and communications for such organizations as the CBC and BBC.
