As a Specialist, Career and Employment, Karine Redon is responsible for the design, development, implementation, delivery, and continuous improvement of high impact, competency based career development programming that enhances the career readiness and employability of BCom and MBA students.
She operationalizes competency based career development through experiential, in person learning formats (e.g., workshops, masterclasses, applied learning activities) that complement existing Career Centre services and align with institutional priorities related to student success and employability.
