As a Intermediate Project Manager, Kait Schroeder manages the development and delivery of executive learning in terms of courses, projects, web resources and other pedagogical tools. The incumbent provides a bridge between the various interested parties, both within Telfer Executive Programs (TEP) and externally, coordinates the efforts of all parties to maximize the value of the finished product, supports the various programs by conducting surveys, promoting learning, offering internal training, and performing consultations with program participants, instructors, other TEP personnel and all other external partners.
Kait holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Ottawa and is currently pursuing a Master of Education with a focus in Studies in Teaching and Learning. Outside of work and her studies, she enjoys exploring the city, spending time in nature, and playing Catan with her family.
