As Manager, Finance, Joel Lalande provides Telfer with leadership in the sound management of its financial resources. He establishes, improves and updates the financial management framework, including monitoring and controlling financial activities. Joel provides guidance, training, expert advice, support and recommendations to management and other members of the School in relation to financial management.
