Education
Jean-François holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial relations from Laval University and a master’s degree in postsecondary education. Since completing his master’s, he has also taken several courses in human resources management and management psychology.
Teaching
Jean-François has been teaching at the Telfer School of Management since 2006. He teaches several undergraduate courses, namely on organizational behaviour, leadership development, human resources management, business management, diversity management, and organizational communications.
Professional and consultant experience
Both in Canada and internationally, Jean-François has contributed to international development projects in emerging countries; he has also created and organized courses in diversity management and leadership development in a multi-cultural context.
Moreover, he has also mentored student teams in inter-university competitions and has worked as a consultant for a number of organizations, including the RCMP.
