Biography

Jacline Nyman is a champion of the non-profit sector, bringing 30+ years of passionate leadership, experience and team building to the communities, causes and clients she serves. She is founder of Advancement Resources Counsel (ARC) Inc. and an Associate Professor of Marketing with the Telfer School of Management, University of Ottawa.

Jacline engages frequently in public speaking and volunteers on a number of boards, including as Chair of the Senators Hockey Club Foundation. She provides professional counsel, coaching and mentorship to those developing their leadership and governance skills. Fluently bilingual (English/French), Jacline leads strategic executive-level training and facilitation sessions building collaborative and integrated team dynamics and plans. She has a Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctorate in Business Administration, and the ICD.D corporate governance designation.

In past she served as Vice-President, External Relations with the University of Ottawa, President & CEO of United Way Centraide Canada and other large organizations, working extensively with private and public sector leaders across the country and around the globe.
