Isabelle Paquet is a graduate of the University of Ottawa and has been a member of the support staff since 2001. Before taking on the position of Quality Assurance Manager, she held the position of Coordinator of Program Evaluations with the University's Office of Quality Assurance. Maintenance of the School’s prestigious ‘Triple Crown of Accreditation’ is at the centre of this position’s purpose.

The Quality Assurance Manager provides expert guidance to all stakeholders in the interpretation and the application of policies, procedures and processes related to the requirements of the School’s accrediting bodies and of OUCQA in order to ensure the School is successful at retaining accreditation and provincial approval.
