As an Intermediate coordinator for the Student Services Centre, Hawi Ketema provides support by coordinating and executing various academic and administrative activities related to numerous requests. These include course scheduling, exam management, follow-ups, and information gathering to ensure an exceptional student experience is delivered. Hawi executes administrative tasks, such as teaching evaluation requests, providing answers to questions from students, colleagues and other faculties. Hawi assesses requests and redirects them to the appropriate resources when required. She organizes and maintains the student electronic files. She also keeps them up-to-date and maintains the integrity of the information management system.
