As Manager, Undergraduate Studies Administration, Dorra Jemail is responsible for the integrated management (direction, planning and coordination) of all academic and administrative activities of the Student Services Centre in order to offer a first-class service and attract, retain and maintain a student population in the study programmes. She participates in the integrated management of public relations activities, recruitment and management of the undergraduate studies website.
