As Academic Development and Student Retention Specialist, Audrey Navello creates a memorable student experience by providing academic advising, such as course and program selection, to students to ensure an exceptional experience and student satisfaction. Audrey plans and implements student interventions and counsels struggling students to increase their success and retention rates. She develops strategies and programs to increase enrollment and retention rates and to elevate the visibility of the University, faculty programs and services by promoting them at various events on and off campus.
