As Senior Specialist, Business Development and Strategic Recruitment, Anjeza Rexha is responsible for and manages a 3-year pipeline of potential qualified candidates to maximize enrolment. She manages the annual recruitment cycle, market outreach and the admission process of the Telfer Executive MBA program. Anjeza develops an engagement plan and process that are appropriate for creating and maintaining a strong relationship with prospective candidates in targeted communities.
