As Manager, Business Development and Strategic Recruitment, Anjeza is responsible for and manages the annual recruitment cycle, market outreach and the admission process of potential qualified candidates to maximize enrolment in the Telfer Executive MHA program.
She also supports the recruitment team of the Executive MBA program for the Toronto area. Anjeza develops an engagement plan and process that are appropriate for creating and maintaining a strong relationship with prospective candidates in targeted communities.
