As Senior Officer for the Dean's Office, Amy-Lynn Desrosiers provides administrative support to ensure effective assistance of the various tasks carried out in the Dean’s Office and to ensure that the policies and procedures are well understood and properly implemented.
She acts as support to the dean, vice-deans, section coordinators, administrative management, and the Supervisor, Business Operations, on all the deanery’s day-to-day operational activities. In particular, she coordinates the recruitment of the regular faculty members and provides support for the governance, committees meetings organisation, and calendar management.
