Digital Transformation and Engagement
A proud Telfer alumna, Amanda Richardson has been part of the Telfer School of Management team since 2009.
In her current role as Director of Digital Transformation and Engagement, Amanda provides strategic leadership to her team in the planning, design and development of the Telfer website, Telfer Knowledge Hub and other digital engagement strategies, including the alumni newsletter in support of the goals set by the Telfer School.
In her former role as Manager of the Career Centre, she spent many years leading the planning, organizational design and implementation of its services, events, and programs to support students’ professional development and career success.
Amanda has always leveraged many opportunities to get involved with the school including the role of Faculty Advisor for CASCO and a member of Telfer’s Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Committee.
Thanks to her strong background and her unparalleled knowledge of Telfer’s strategic direction, inner workings and stakeholders, Amanda provides astute guidance to her team and ensures the optimal management of all HR, coaching, and development activities. Her mission: creating the ideal conditions for her team to succeed daily.
