About the Program

Please note that this program will be instructed in French.

The Francophone Medical Leadership Program addresses the unique challenges faced by physician leaders in a hospital-based environment while providing practical leadership tools and strategies through a French-first curriculum. Through a blend of in-person sessions, case studies, and assignments, participants will develop the essential competencies needed to lead effectively in the evolving healthcare landscape.

The program is architected around five key design elements that ensure maximum impact and knowledge retention. Built on the internationally recognized LEADS framework, the program follows a progressive learning journey that builds competencies in sequence—from
personal leadership foundations to system-wide transformation. Each program session incorporates case-based learning using real scenarios, creating immediate relevance for participants.
