About the Program
Leaders and their teams need to be confident, clear and capable in their roles to drive business outcomes. High-Performance Leadership enables leaders to learn, practice, apply, and reinforce critical leadership habits that drive results and personal effectiveness.
High-Performance Leadership is designed to minimize time away from work and maximize the opportunity for leaders to apply their new skills.
All participants will be expected to:
- Complete a short, 180-degree feedback survey at the beginning, end, and six months after the program;
- Complete a 20-30 minute self-paced workshop then a 60-minute live virtual practicum about every 10 days (a total of 6 workshops) and complete approximately 15 minutes of pre-work for each workshop;
- Attend a 90-minute live virtual group coaching circle about every ten days (a total of 5 coaching circles);
- Complete a behavioural assessment and attend a live virtual group 90-minute debrief and
- Complete weekly virtual micro-learning modules.
Each participant will also receive 2.5 days of workshop leadership competency development plus one day of group coaching.

Who Should Attend?
This program is ideal for leaders at the senior manager or director level who:
- Have been tasked with finding new ways for their teams to differentiate and cultivate talent to create additional value for their department or business.
- Want to continuously improve and level-up their leadership capacity.
What You Will Learn
- Participants will learn about their own and their team’s leadership styles and capabilities through self-assessments & DISC assessments;
- Essential skills in leading teams;
- Interpreting DISC styles;
- Engaging diverse and distributed teams;
- Communicating with purpose;
- Coaching for results.

- Manage individual and team performance, set clear action plans and drive results;
- Empower others with the resources and authority they need to succeed and
