About the Program

In today’s rapidly changing workplace, leaders must do more than manage—they must inspire, empower, and drive accountability within their teams. The High-Performance Leadership Program is designed to equip you with the skills to lead with confidence, foster accountability, and use coaching-based feedback to create a high-performing, engaged team. 

Whether you’re stepping into a new leadership role, navigating organizational change, or facing evolving expectations from your team, this program provides the tools to adapt your leadership style, build trust, and drive sustainable results.

Who Should Attend?

This program is ideal for leaders at the senior manager or director level who:   

  • Have been asked to lead in a way that differs from their past experiences. 
  • Are navigating transformation within their organization and need tools to keep their teams engaged and productive. 
  • Face evolving expectations from their teams and need to adapt their leadership approach to resonate with today’s workforce. 

What You Will Learn

  • How to evolve your leadership style to adapt to different situations and team needs. 
  • Techniques to drive accountability and empowerment so your team takes ownership and deliver results. 
  • Coaching-based feedback strategies to provide clear, adaptable, and constructive feedback to improve performance. 
  • Ways to align your team for success by fostering clarity, commitment, and engagement.

Program Requirement

All participants will be expected to:  

  • Complete a short, 180-degree feedback survey at the beginning, end, and six months after the program;  
  • Complete a 20-30 minute self-paced workshop then a 60-minute live virtual practicum about every 10 days (a total of 6 workshops) and complete approximately 15 minutes of pre-work for each workshop;  
  • Attend a 90-minute live virtual group coaching circle about every ten days (a total of 5 coaching circles);  
  • Complete a behavioural assessment and attend a live virtual group 90-minute debrief, and 
  • Complete weekly virtual micro-learning modules. 

In total, each participant will receive 2.5 days of leadership competency development plus one day of group coaching.
