About the Program

Designed for seasoned executives and business leaders, this immersive masterclass offers advanced strategies and insightful frameworks to navigate complex public and private corporate landscapes.

Participants will build on world-leading negotiation models and methodologies and develop high-level skills required for deadlock breaking, maintaining process control in high pressure situations, and tap into the benefits of creative lateral options exploring and diversity thinking during the “life of the negotiation.”  

We delve into participant real-life case negotiation scenarios with focus on practice, rehearsing options, providing and receiving feedback, and practicing potential alternative moves.

Participants will leave the program equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in complex negotiation scenarios and leverage advanced tactics and tools in their professional endeavors

Prerequisite

Attendees must have completed Negotiation Strategies prior to attending this program.

  • Learn high-skill tools, tactics and negotiation techniques to implement a winning strategy in your next negotiation.

  • Systematic Negotiation Preparation: Participants will gain expertise in systematic negotiation preparation by learning a step-by-step methodology. They will explore probing questions and action plan stress tests, enabling them to approach negotiations with a well-structured and prepared mindset.
  • Advanced Negotiation Tactics: Participants will enhance their tactical awareness through in-depth training, enabling them to identify, employ, and counter advanced tactical moves effectively. This knowledge is particularly valuable in publicly nominated single source agreements and complex negotiations.

Participants will receive the hard and soft copy of the BluBonsai Tactic toolkit and the BluBonsai Systematic Negotiation Preparation Methodology.
