The Microcredential in Healthcare Management is designed to equip you with the tools and competencies you need to make your next career move while integrating seamlessly into your busy schedule and minimizing time away from work. 

This program blends the specifics of healthcare delivery with crucial business management skills. Participants will build foundational skills related to strategy, quality management, data analytics, finance, and human resource management. Designed for independent learners looking to build their skills while balancing other commitments, this program is fully asynchronous and self-led. The topics covered will expand on your existing professional expertise to prepare you for success as a skilled leader in healthcare.

This program is designed for individual contributors working in healthcare (including but not limited to administrators, allied health professionals, and personal support workers) aspiring to roles as unit managers, team leaders, or other leadership positions. The content of the program is applicable to individuals from all healthcare settings: hospitals, retirement homes, family medicine clinics, outpatient clinics, community health centres, and allied health facilities.
