Change is inevitable — leading it effectively is a choice. Leading Effective Change is a highly practical, 2.5-day leadership program designed to equip senior leaders with the strategies, tools, and mindset to successfully lead transformational change. Grounded in proven models and real-world applications, this program offers a deep dive into the imperatives of change leadership, providing a framework to guide individuals, teams, and organizations through change with confidence. Through interactive discussions, case studies, and peer-to-peer learning, participants will explore how to lead themselves, empower others, and create the momentum needed for sustainable change.

Format

This program consists of 2 consecutive days of in person learning with peers, followed by another half day in person session four weeks later. 

Participants also have the option to add on individual coaching sessions.
