About the Program

Today’s complex project environments demand more than just technical know-how—they require strategic leadership, cross-sector collaboration, and a deep understanding of systems and stakeholders. Leadership Strategies for Complex Project and Procurement combines three modules from the Certificate in Complex Project & Procurement LeadershipGovernment Processes, Stakeholders and Leadership, Systems Thinking, and Acquisition Strategies—into one integrated learning journey. 

This immersive program is designed for project management professionals who want to confidently lead high-stakes initiatives, navigate government processes, and manage complexity with clarity and confidence. From project initiation to stakeholder engagement and systems-level thinking, participants will gain the leadership tools and frameworks needed to drive strategic outcomes in a rapidly evolving landscape. 

Participants looking to further strengthen their leadership capabilities are encouraged to continue their development by pursuing the Certificate in Complex Project & Procurement Leadership after completing this program.
