Telfer Connects (TC)
This event is held in September.
Held every fall, Telfer Connects is an ideal opportunity for your organization to:
- Meet hundreds of third- and fourth-year Bachelor of Commerce students who specialize in a range of business-management fields including finance, marketing, international management, accounting, management, human resources, and management information systems.
- Optimize your recruitment processes by reducing your cost per hire, maximize the use of time for your on-site recruiting teams, and enable your organization to update its resumé bank.
- Increase your visibility and reinforce your image as an employer of choice.
- Receive complete logistical support from our attentive Career Centre team.
The format of this event has been refreshed and revamped; it now resembles a networking event more than a typical career fair.

This event is held in January.
The Telfer Networks event enables your organization to:
- Meet more than 400 first to fourth year students who specialize in a range of business-management fields including finance, marketing, international management, accounting, management, human resources, and management information systems.
- Optimize your recruitment processes by reducing your cost per hire, maximize the use of time for your on-site recruiting teams, and enable your organization to update its resumé bank.
- Increase your visibility and reinforce your image as an employer of choice.
- Receive complete logistical support from our attentive Career Centre team.
The Telfer Networks event is also an ideal way to meet other professionals from various industries while you build a roster of prospective employees.

Startup Career Fair
This event is held in November.
As part of Global Entrepreneurship Week, this event offers Ottawa startups and next-generation companies the chance to meet young talent in an informal setting, while increasing their brand awareness on campus. Our mission is to connect the region’s hottest and most innovative companies with talented and motivated Telfer and uOttawa students.
The Startup Career Fair is an event hosted by the Telfer School of Management Career Centre, open to students and recent graduates from all faculties and programs of the University of Ottawa.
