7th Annual MBA Diversity & Inclusion Case Challenge
Connecting leaders to reimagine business for an inclusive and sustainable, global future.
Background
The University of Ottawa's Telfer School of Management, in partnership with Export Development Canada (EDC) and Deloitte presents the 7th Annual MBA Diversity & Inclusion Case Challenge.
For the last 6 years, we have been committed to creating a competition - and stimulating a conversation - about Diversity and Inclusion. This year, we are elevating the conversation to the next level - challenging all of us to reimagine how business might address wicked, global problems - for a more inclusive and equitable future.
We would like to invite you to propose a challenge for our students to work on at this years’ 7th annual MBA Diversity and Inclusion Case Challenge in March 2023. The application deadline is September 9, 2022.
Challenges should:
- tie in with one of more of Telfer’s 4 pillars - Greener, Happier, Healthier, and Wealthier
- focus on equity, diversity and inclusion
Challenges may come from individuals, groups, or organizations and solutions should contribute towards an ‘inclusive and sustainable, global future’! If you are an individual, we will try to match your challenge up with a partner organization/business. So, please don’t hesitate!
Inspiration can be found from one’s personal experience, one’s professional/corporate experience, or one’s desire to make an impact – to a better Canada and better world.
The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals can also provide some general ideas and insights. However, it may also be something that you or your organization are experiencing right now.
Apply to have your challenge used as the focus of the competition in March 2023. The application deadline is now closed.
