Technologies

Eye-tracking technology

Our lab uses cutting-edge eye-tracking technology to deliver precise, insightful analyses of visual behaviour. Our eye trackers offer high-resolution, real-time data on where and how individuals focus their gaze, providing a window into cognitive processes and decision-making patterns.

The Observer XT

In our lab, we use Noldus’ The Observer XT, an advanced behavioural coding software designed to analyze audio and video recordings “in-vivo”.

FaceReader

At our lab, we harness the power of Noldus FaceReader, a leading facial expression analysis tool that provides in-depth insights into emotional responses and affective states. FaceReader’s sophisticated technology enables precise measurement and interpretation of facial expressions, helping to uncover how emotions influence behaviour and decision-making.

Portable lab

Our portable lab is equipped with a high-power computer, four portable cameras, and advanced audio-visual recording software, offering a comprehensive, mobile solution for real-time data capture and analysis. This all-in-one setup ensures seamless fieldwork capabilities, allowing for precise documentation and analysis in any environment.

BIOPAC

Our lab is equipped with BIOPAC systems, which are renowned for their precision and versatility in acquiring and analyzing physiological data. More specifically, the lab possesses inconspicuous, wearable monitors capable of capturing heart rate, electrodermal activity and respiration.
