Submit an Event Support Request

Do you need assistance with your event? Below is the Event Request Form that we require you to fill out. This form is linked to our project management tool, which helps us queue up our workload. If we need more information from you, we will get in touch with you directly. The events team will work with you to ensure that your event is a success.

If you have a specific request for the marketing team, please fill out this form instead.

Please note that all event assistance requests must be submitted AT LEAST 4 to 6 weeks before the event.
