Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
The MBTI is a personality questionnaire used to sort and describe people's preferences for how they like to acquire information, make decisions, and orient their lives. The MBTI helps to promote a greater understanding of self and others, creates awareness and acceptance of different communication styles, and leads to the ability to prevent and better deal with conflict.

Strong Interest Inventory (Strong)
The Strong Inventory helps individuals in their search for a rich and fulfilling career. It measures interests in a broad range of occupations, work and leisure activities, and school subjects. The questionnaire compares how these interests are similar to the interests of people successfully employed in those occupations. It is used to help people understand their work interests and to illustrate the kinds of work in which they might be comfortable.
