About Phil Nesrallah
Phil Nesrallah, President and Broker of Nescorp Realty Ltd., was a widely respected commercial real estate broker who began his career in commercial real estate in 1986. After achieving his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 1988, Phil became an instructor in the CCIM program and has taught real estate education courses across Canada, in the U.S., Mexico, Puerto Rico and China.
Phil also developed and taught a number of other courses, earning him the 1999 Education Merit Award from the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA).
In 2001, he was presented the Certificate of Honourable Instructor by the International Real Estate Research Center at the University of International Business & Economics in Beijing.
Throughout his career, he was an active volunteer at the Ottawa Real Estate Board as well as at the Ontario and Canadian Real Estate Associations. This scholarship is being created in his honour by the Ottawa Real Estate Board.
The Ottawa Real Estate Board is an industry association of over 2,600 sales representatives and brokers in the Ottawa area. Members of the Board are also members of the Ontario and Canadian Real Estate Associations, and have access to the Board’s Multiple Listing Service® system (MLS®), a co-operative marketing system used by the Board’s members to ensure maximum exposure of properties listed for sale.
