Dean François Julien and Doug Dempster, Executive Director of the Telfer Centre for Executive Leadership, are pleased to announce the appointment of Glen Orsak as the Director of Executive Programs.
The Centre for Executive Leadership is part of the Telfer School of Management and is focused on realizing the enormous potential of executive talent in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors in the National Capital Region and across the country. The Centre offers open enrolment and custom educational experiences for its clients and is the preferred partner in meeting the specific leadership development needs of organizations and individuals to achieve business and career success in the business world and in our communities. In his new role, Glen will be responsible for the Telfer programs that provide training and insight to executives and senior managers from across a diverse range of industry sectors. Glen is replacing Mr. Glen Bailey who is retiring after 5 years.
Glen Orsak is a business leader and executive-level advisor with over 20 years of experience as a management consultant and, more recently, as a leadership development coach. Previously, Glen practiced as a management consultant at Deloitte Consulting for 20 years, during which he spent 10 years as a Partner and practice leader. Glen specializes in professional services practice development, business innovation and strategy execution, strategic change and business improvement initiatives, business and technology strategy, and leadership and team development. Most recently, Glen has provided career and leadership development coaching and business consulting services from his own practice. He brings extensive general management experience, with a passion for strategic leadership, personal development and building high performance organizations.
