• Executive Leadership Coaching (1:1 individual coaching or group coaching) provided by our roster of certified coaching professionals.
• Psychometric and 360-degree feedback assessments provided by certified assessment professionals.

Our executive coaching services are designed to aid and support our clients in their personal and professional development, in their preparation for advancement within their organization and in their efforts to develop their leadership potential in the communities and organizations in which they work. Coaching services are tailored to the needs of each client and can provide an essential mode of support in their personal and professional development plan.

Many of our leadership development programs offer a package of executive coaching sessions as part of the program, including:

Clients can also extend their coaching engagement after the conclusion of the program.

Credentials of our Coaches

Telfer coaches are professionally trained to develop and demonstrate the ICF Core Competencies and are bound by the ICF Code of Ethics. They are also certified in one or more assessment tools and have extensive hours of professional experience in coaching.
