About the Program

Approximately 65-80% of digital transformation (DT) efforts fail. By “fail,” we mean that the initiatives do not deliver on the expected results. This program will explore why this is so and, more importantly, what can be done about it. Participants will examine key factors for successful DT initiatives, including using the right tools, addressing human impacts, leading change and developing effective leadership approaches. The program also introduces many of the technologies shaping digital organizations today and in the future, such as artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud-based systems.
