His earlier experience includes leading business development for a fintech startup from pre-seed through Series A and supporting growth efforts at a tech-focused M&A advisory firm.

Outside his professional roles, George hosts the Let’s Grab Coffee podcast—now with more than 170 episodes featuring founders, executives, and investors. One of his most meaningful episodes, #100, spotlighted Jean Desgagné, a mentor and close friend. George also serves as Co-Chair of the Toronto–Chicago Sister City Committee and holds a Global Executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and the Schulich School of Business.
