This year’s event will explore how leaders across sectors can collaborate to strengthen primary care and build a more resilient, inclusive and human-scale health system. Attendees will gain:

key insights from Professor Agnes Grudniewicz on the strategic evolution of primary care
a dynamic, interactive panel of local health leaders sharing real-world approaches
