Sustainable Health System Leadership at a Human Scale
Deadline: December 5, 2024,
Join us for an exclusive alumni gathering designed to reconnect and dive into meaningful discussions on the future of healthcare leadership.
We are excited to be gathering Telfer alumni and national thought leaders for an evening focused on sustainable systems’ leadership at a human scale. This event is a great opportunity to engage in thought-provoking discussions with your peers and faculty in a relaxed, intimate setting.
Dr. Michael Gardam will kick off the evening with a 60-year review of the Canadian health system, reflecting on its evolution, successes, and challenges, to set the stage for a deeper exploration of healthcare leadership. After, exclusive Telfer study findings on healthcare leadership will be unveiled, inviting guests to actively engage in a lively exchange of perspectives. To conclude, Dr. Jennifer Dimoff will lead a session on workplace mental health, offering actionable strategies to address the Human Health Resources (HHR) crisis and providing practical tools for healthcare administrators to implement in their organizations.
