Join us for a thoughtful discussion over breakfast with University of Ottawa alumnus Mike McGahan, who was recently named 2023 Ottawa Business Journal and Ottawa Board of Trade CEO of the Year. As the successful entrepreneur and CEO of the CLV Group and InterRent REIT, Mike is playing a critical role in supporting the development of Ottawa.

About CLV Group:

For over 50 years, CLV Group has been helping renters and homeowners find the perfect place to call home. Over the years, their offering has grown to include a complete range of real estate services: residential rentals, real estate brokerage, property management, financial services, and construction and development. Their goal is to create great homes and thriving communities by providing the perfect resident experience everywhere they do business.

Mike McGahan founded Commvesco Realty in 1992, merging with Levinson Viner in 1998 to form CLV Group. In 2009, Mike orchestrated CLV Group's private placement of InterRent REIT, boosting market capitalization from $40 million to $2 billion - InterRent was also named one of the top 10 performing stocks on the TSX from 2010 to 2020. Simultaneously, Mike expanded the CLV Group platform to encompass the full lifecycle of asset management, encompassing investment portfolios, property developments, realty, construction, residential rentals, and property management.
