Congratulations! We are pleased with your decision to participate in case comps as a representative of the Telfer School of Management. This is an important element of student experience and aligns with our values as a School. To that end, we expect you to conduct yourself in a professional manner by committing to the following principles.

  1. I understand that I am an ambassador of the Telfer School of Management and will conduct myself personally and professionally in a manner that befits a representative of the Telfer School or Management and will not participate in any activities or conduct that can damage the reputation of the Telfer School of Management.
  2. I agree to respect the opinions and thoughts of other members of the team and delegation at all times. I am committed to ensure the competition is an environment that is free of discrimination and harassment.
  3. I will abide by and respect the University of Ottawa’s Academic regulation: A-4 Academic Integrity and Academic Misconduct and Policy 130 - Student Rights and Responsible Conduct in all activities when representing the club and by default, the Telfer School of Management.
  4. I understand the time commitment associated with being a member of the team. To this end, I will fully understand all of my academic, work and personal commitments and will fully participate in the required commitments to the team and the Competition or assignment.
  5. I understand that I have a duty to attend all mandatory sessions as outlined by the Competition coordinators, Professor and/or course requirements, and as is related to the competition or deliverable.
  6. I will commit to ensuring participation in all case crack and feedback sessions required by the Competition or assignment and that my work is submitted on time and meets a standard of quality that is universally approved by all members of the team and/or delegation.
  7. Where applicable, I understand that I am fully responsible for, and commit to paying related fees in full and on time.
  8. I agree to immediately inform my teammates and the Competition Coordinator and or Professor of any issues that can prevent me from completing my responsibilities as a member of case team.

By signing the Code of Conduct, I agree to respect and follow these prescribed responsibilities. Failure to do so may result in expulsion from the team and delegation, as well as loss of fees.
