Microprogram in Real Estate Management
The program
The Microprogram in Real Estate Management gives you the opportunity to develop foundational and applied skills related to one of Canada’s most influential sectors. You will explore how real estate markets function, how financial and investment decisions are made, and how legal, social, and sustainability considerations shape development and property management.
Learn how the Canadian real estate sector draws on finance, management, negotiation, sustainability, and urban issues to navigate complex decisions in the field. The Microprogram in Real Estate Management is an interdisciplinary credential offered by the Telfer School of Management in collaboration with the Faculty of Arts. This microprogram is available to Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) students and is delivered in both French and English.
