Format and location
The Telfer Global EMBA – Morocco is designed for senior-level professionals who want to further their education without losing momentum in their career. The program offers a flexible structure that allows you to balance your professional and personal commitments while gaining a world-class business education.

Monthly modules rotate between Rabat, Casablanca and Marrakesh, providing you with a unique opportunity to expand your professional network across multiple economic hubs.
Flexible learning, seamless integration with your career
Doing an Executive MBA is demanding, but it shouldn’t require you to put your career on hold - in fact, continuing to work is an asset to your learning. Designed with working professionals in mind, our program lets you continue working while earning your degree. allowing you to practice new skills in real time between modules.
Our four-day class modules are held monthly, Thursday through Sunday, to balance your time away from work and personal commitments.
You’ll spend on average 9 hours per week on course preparation, assignments, and team meetings. We provide dates for your full EMBA class schedule, trips, and additional sessions well in advance.
International exposure
The program also includes an overseas business trip to Ottawa, Canada. This immersive experience deepens global business perspectives and fosters a network with international leaders in your field.
Admission requirements
Telfer’s Global EMBA - Morocco is designed for mid-career and executive-level professionals aged 35 and above who demonstrate strong performance, leadership, and a commitment to professional growth. Our goal with each cohort is to bring together diverse candidates of the highest calibre. We take a holistic approach to admissions, carefully assessing your candidacy based on the following criteria:
Work experience
- Minimum of five years of full-time managerial or professional work experience.
- Preference is given to candidates with more work experience, particularly when you have evidence of management responsibilities and a net career progression.
- A typical EMBA cohort averages 15 years of full-time work experience.
Academic qualifications
- An equivalent to a Canadian bachelor’s degree is required, with a minimum admission average of B (70%).
- The admission average is calculated in accordance with the University of Ottawa Graduate Studies guidelines (the last 20 courses for foreign transcripts).
- We consider all postsecondary studies at the time of admission, with your most recent studies considered first.
*A limited number of applicants may be considered for Executive MBA admission without an undergraduate degree. Their assessment is based on substantial managerial experience or professional training and at least 10 years of work experience.
Language proficiency
- If your first language is not English, or if you have not completed and an undergraduate degree in an English language program, you must provide results from one of two University of Ottawa-approved English proficiency tests: TOEFL or IELTS Academic.
